Thank you for shopping AromaViee. We hope you find pleasure in your purchase, but if you not completely satisfied, we are ready to offer assistance.

  • We accept returns on products within 5days of purchase. To be eligible for returns, items must be unused, in their original conditions and original packaging.
  • To initiate a return please contact us to make a complaint or report, within the given window of receiving the products.
  • We may request for a picture of these products or packaging if its damaged or defective.
  • Once the returns are processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchange – if you would like to exchange and item, products for the exchange will have to be inspected first to make sure the product is in good shape before any exchanges are made.
  • All extra costs that may come with exchanges will have to be paid before any exchanges are effected.
